Which areas can I work on with your team?
Europe has the lowest engagement in the world, at 12 percent.
Gallup asked the whole world this year. Europe came last, at 12 percent. Whatever your number is, it is not a verdict on you.
A score tells you something is wrong. It does not tell you what to do on Monday.
So I come and talk to your team, one by one, where people say the things they would never write in a form with their name on it. Then I help them turn it into a plan they feel part of.
How I work
You do not learn a forehand from a book. You learn it standing on the court, hitting balls badly until they get better.
Communication and ownership work exactly the same way. Nobody gets better at them by listening to someone explain them. You get better by talking and doing, on your own real cases.
So I ask what your team is dealing with before I build anything. Everyone gets their own workbook, so they can be brutally honest without having to share it. And people leave with accountability buddies, because what gets practised after the session is what actually sticks.
What people wrote afterwards, anonymously
“A mix of both theory and context, together with exercises and role plays and practical tips to apply it makes it easily digestible.”
“I found it extremely valuable to realize that I am not alone in facing certain challenges.”

Why me.
I played tennis professionally until I was 16. That is where I learned the thing I still work from: nobody performs at their best by being told what to do. They get there by practising under pressure, with someone watching who tells them the truth.
Your team is doing the same thing, in meetings instead of matches.
Then six years inside international companies, until I burned out and had to rebuild. I have been an expat for ten years and I coach in four languages, which helps with cultural differences more than any theory does.

Tell me about your team
Six questions, then I come back to you.
Takes about a minute. Your answers come to me with your message, so the first reply you get is already specific to your situation.
A 30-minute strategy and clarity session.
In 30 minutes, we’ll pinpoint your team’s primary bottleneck and outline a clear action step. If we’re a mutual fit, we’ll discuss what working together looks like. If not, I’ll direct you to the exact resources or network that can help.
Not ready to talk yet? Send me the situation in two lines and I’ll tell you what I would do about it.
