THE SITUATION

Two high-performing Customer Success teams — Germany, with an agency-partnership DNA, and Austria, shaped by a startup environment — needed to become one team with shared ownership. At the same time, CS was meant to step up from delivery partner to a visible, revenue-aligned growth function.

THE WORK

A multi-session leadership and team program across both countries: prioritization and communication frameworks, resilience and ownership — every concept practiced in role plays built on the team’s real customer situations, online and in person.
