Everything I teach, I had to learn first.

01Professional tennis player. I learned that resilience and new skills are built on the court, not by reading about them. That's why my 1:1 and group sessions are always practical.
02Certified business coach & trainer, plus Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie, so I also know when to say stop.
03Six years in marketing, then a burnout, then a bold choice: I started my own business.
04I understand what it means to change your career or lead a team, because I've done both.
05Today I run two companies: my coaching practice and Urban GetAway, a 500+ member tennis community with an academy in Munich and international retreats. I know exactly what running a business really costs.
