●  BUSINESS & CAREER COACHING BY A FORMER PROFESSIONAL TENNIS PLAYER

Your best game — at work, in your team, in your life.

Hi, I’m Paulina Makol. I played tennis professionally, spent years in marketing at international companies, and today I run two businesses of my own in Munich. Coaching is where all of that comes together. I work with managers, teams and founders across Europe, wherever they need to move forward: hitting a goal, leading better, building a team, growing revenue, or finding a new direction.

I coach in English, German and Polish.

Where are you right now?

COMPANIES I’VE WORKED WITH

Companies that have trusted me: a year-long development program with Radancy’s team in DACH, a stress management and resilience workshop with Radancy in London, a full-day offsite with Tonies on being open to change, mental toughness training with Google Munich, ownership and assertiveness with a team in Warsaw, and an assertive communication workshop with the European Ceramic Society.

Radancy  ·  Tonies  ·  Google Munich  ·  European Ceramic Society

500+ coaching hours, 1:1. I’ve worked with managers, founders and professionals on topics like preparing for a senior role, delegating without losing control, making decisions under pressure, running a business without it running you, and figuring out what’s next in a career.

●  FOUR WAYS TO WORK WITH ME

Which one sounds like you?

FOR YOUR TEAM

Team Performance

Workshops on communication, ownership, trust and mental flexibility. Your team practices the conversations it’s been avoiding until they hold. Radancy, Google Munich, teams in four countries.

FOR MANAGERS

Executive Coaching

1:1 for managers who want to get better at it, especially those in the role for the first time. One person fully on your side.

FOR CAREER CLARITY

Career Direction Coaching

1:1 for people asking: is this it? I’ve stood exactly there. You get time to know yourself before you change anything.

FOR CAREER CLARITY

Coaching for Business Owners

1:1 for founders. Growth that doesn’t cost you your health. I run two businesses myself, so this one is personal.

●  THE MAKOL METHOD

How I work.

You learn a language by speaking it before you’re ready. You learn tennis by playing, not by watching. Ownership, leadership, a new direction: same thing. You learn them by doing, by trying, and by taking the risk.

That’s how we work together too. Your real situations, not case studies, built on what you’re already good at. I bring structure and the truth. The decisions, and the credit, stay yours.

REAL STORIES

What working together actually looks like.

RADANCY · TEAM, DACH

THE SITUATION
A team spread across departments, working well individually but losing time to unclear ownership and feedback that arrived too late to help.

THE WORK
A year of workshops on communication, ownership and leading from every seat, built around their real meetings, not theory.

THE RESULT
Faster decisions, earlier feedback, and a team that solves more of its own problems before it reaches a manager's desk.

\n

TONIES · TEAM OFFSITE

THE SITUATION
A team about to go through real change, and unsure how to stay open to it instead of digging in.

THE WORK
A full-day offsite built around one question: what does it actually take to welcome change instead of just tolerating it.

THE RESULT
A shared language for change, and a team that came back from the day noticeably more willing to try things differently.

\n

FIRST-TIME MANAGER · TECH

THE SITUATION
Promoted into a leadership role with no real handover, doing the team's work himself because explaining it took longer than doing it.

THE WORK
Three months building a delegation system around his own strengths, and the habit of naming a hard conversation the week it comes up.

THE RESULT
A team that runs without daily check-ins, and his first free weekend in months.

\n

FOUNDER · SERVICE BUSINESS

THE SITUATION
Revenue that rose and fell with her own energy, and no time carved out to work on the business instead of just in it.

THE WORK
A quarter rebuilt around the two things only she could do, with everything else handed off or cut.

THE RESULT
The first month that didn't depend on her being heroic to hit the number.

\n

MARTA · FINANCE

THE SITUATION
A finance background, a career done "right" — and the feeling of being ready for change without knowing which direction to take.

THE WORK
A structured, values-based process: what actually matters, what "off" was really about, which directions hold up against reality.

THE RESULT
Conscious career decisions, and a new role that, in her own words, feels fully aligned with who she is.

\n

CARA · PROJECT & DATA MANAGEMENT

THE SITUATION
Thinking about a career change, and assuming it would mean starting from scratch.

THE WORK
Clarity work on values, strengths and goals, structured, and at her pace.

THE RESULT
The realization that change didn't mean starting over: more confidence and satisfaction in her field, on her own terms.

●  ABOUT

Everything I teach, I had to learn first.

I started tennis at five, played professionally until 16, and have coached the game ever since. Along the way: six years in international corporations, a move to Munich without speaking a word of German, and a burnout that forced me to change direction on purpose.

Today I run Urban GetAway, the tennis community I built here, past 500 members and now running international retreats too. I wrote a book on the tennis mindset, because what the court teaches about pressure works far beyond the baseline. It’s where I test what I teach, every week, on real people, under real pressure.

Start with one conversation.

The first call is free, and there’s no pitch waiting at the end of it. Tell me what’s going on, I’ll ask a few questions, and we’ll figure out together if this makes sense. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you straight and point you somewhere better.
