We practice, we don’t just talk. Nobody ever learned a forehand from a video. You hit five hundred of them, badly at first, with someone honest standing next to you. Coaching with me works the same way: your real situations, repeated until the new behaviour holds under pressure.

● ABOUT
Everything I teach, I had to learn first.
I played professional tennis in Poland until I was 16. Then came six years in international corporations, a proper burnout, and the scariest, most useful move of my life: changing direction on purpose. I retrained as a coach and brought the court with me.
Today I run Urban GetAway, an international tennis community with a tennis academy in Munich, retreats across Europe and a small team of coaches working with me. I wrote Master Your Tennis Mindset, because what the court teaches about pressure works far beyond the baseline. Agassi wrote that “every match is a life in miniature.” He’s right — and the court is where my methods get tested every week, on real people, under real pressure.
