●  1:1 COACHING · 3 MONTHS · CSR®

From the outside, everything is fine. That's exactly the problem.

Here’s where this program comes from. I had what looked like a good corporate career, six years in international companies, climbing. Then I burned out. Properly. In the rebuild I had to answer the question most of us postpone for decades: what do I actually want to do with my working life? The answer didn’t come from thinking harder. It came from slowing down long enough to hear it.

●  SOUND FAMILIAR?

You've done everything right. And still, Sunday evenings feel heavier than they should.

The degree, the roles, the promotions — all there. You’ve thought about changing something — the job, the industry, the city — but every option feels like guessing.

So here’s the real question: how much is it worth to you to do something meaningful? Do you really want to keep fighting your way to Friday, year after year — or find out what work with energy in it would look like for you? That’s not a fantasy. It’s a decision, followed by a method. This program is the method.

●  WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

A clear answer to what's off.

Tested against your values rather than your mood.

A direction that holds up against reality.

Sometimes a new one — sometimes a redesigned version of what you already have.

A first concrete step, already taken.

Before the program ends, not after.

●  WHAT THE PROGRAM IS

One thing before we start: coming to coaching doesn’t mean you have to change anything. It means you’re giving yourself time, probably for the first time in years, to get to know yourself. What matters to you, what you’re good at, what you’re no longer willing to trade away. What you do with that knowledge is a separate decision, and it’s yours.

The program itself runs three months, 1:1, on the CSR® method. We start with you, not your CV: values, strengths, energy. Then we build options and test them against real life, meaning finances, family and the actual market. You finish with a decision you understand and a plan you believe in. Sometimes that’s a new career, sometimes a different job, sometimes staying on new terms. All three count, as long as it’s chosen and not endured.

English, German or Polish. Munich or online. And if what you need is therapy rather than coaching, I’ll tell you honestly. I’m qualified to know the difference.

Who it’s not for: if you have one specific goal and need execution structure, Executive Coaching or Coaching for Founders is the better fit. If your situation involves acute mental health concerns, coaching is not the right tool — and I’ll tell you so in the first call. This work is self-funded by design — it stays entirely between us.

●  CLIENT STORIES

●  MARTA · FINANCE

THE SITUATION

A finance background, a career done “right” — and the feeling of being ready for change without knowing which direction to take.

THE WORK

A structured, values-based process: what actually matters, what “off” was really about, which directions hold up against reality.

Conscious career decisions — and a new role that, in her words, feels fully aligned with who she is.

●  CARA · PROJECT & DATA MANAGEMENT

THE SITUATION

Thinking about a career change — and assuming it would mean starting from scratch.
