Your career looks great on paper. So why aren't you happy?

You’re 30, 40, maybe 50. And you keep asking yourself the same question: is this really how the rest of my working life looks?

The answer doesn’t come from thinking about it harder. It comes from stopping long enough to hear it.

Three months, and someone asking you the questions you’ve been avoiding.

If more than one sounds like you, you're in the right place.

  • You feel burnt out.
  • You feel like it´s too late for a change.
  • Good job, good money but the joy is gone.
  • Plenty of ideas, no decision, and you keep circling the same spot.

Why me

My career looked right on paper as well.

Ten years ago

I came to Germany alone, without the language.

The plan

Two degrees, a marketing career, Munich, a permanent contract. I thought: this is it.

Then

It started to rub. I was not as happy as I was supposed to be. Eventually I burned out.

Eight months

I learned German to B2. I refused to feel limited by a language.

And in the middle of it

I went through this exact programme myself. Not as a coach. As a client.

And now

I run two businesses of my own, built on my talents and my values. What I do makes sense to me.

Working across Europe

You don't need more inspiration. You need a process.

Career Steps Revolution® is a licensed method from the Talent Development Institute, tested with thousands of people. You are not spending three months on someone's theory.

Six modules we work through

01
Limiting beliefs
The thoughts standing in your way.
02
Values
What makes work feel right or wrong.
03
Talents
The strengths you overlook because they come easily.
04
Mission
The direction that pulls you forward.
05
Plan
One realistic scenario, step by step.
06
Saboteurs
What stops you acting, and how to get past it.

I’ve worked with a lot of people through this method. Here are a few of them.

"I realised that changing careers doesn't always mean starting everything from scratch."

Cara Brunner

Data Manager, Plentyco GmbH

She stayed in her field, with more confidence in her own decisions.

"Every session brought something concrete. A new perspective, a tool, or a question that stayed with me."

Daria Sarkowicz

Architect, now sustainability consultant

She knew she wanted a change. Session by session it got specific.

"I thought I had to choose between going back to a job and staying on my own. What I actually needed was to work out which conditions I could say yes to."

Julia

Self-employed language teacher

She stayed self-employed, on her own terms.

"I was ready to leave the field. It turned out I like what I do. What I was actually ready for was the step up."

Paulina

Product manager

She stayed in her field, and finally saw she was ready for a higher position.

It takes courage to ask yourself the difficult questions. But if you want work that grows you instead of draining you, that is where it starts.

Let's talk.

Results

01
You know what you actually want, without the endless analysis.
02
You know your talents, your values, and what moves you.
03
You test several directions, including ones you had not considered.
04
You pick the one that fits your life, not just your ambition.
05
You leave with a plan that does not turn your life upside down.
06
And you finally move.

How much longer can you afford to sit in the passenger seat?

A quick self-check

Is this programme for you?

Five questions, about a minute. Nobody sees your answers but you, and one of the possible answers is that this is not for you right now.

Not ready for a call

Then let's start with an email.

Tell me roughly where you are. I will write back myself with what I would look at first. No newsletter, no sequence, just a reply from me.
