1:1 coaching for business owners
Earn more without working more hours.
Four months of one-to-one work. A method that has been tested on thousands of people, and someone in your corner every week.
Book a call17 years coaching · I run two businesses on this method myself
In plain terms, you get
Fifteen one-to-one sessions across four months · your Gallup strengths report · one clear goal in numbers · a written plan you keep, whatever happens next.
This is for you if:
You want to earn more, and working longer is not the answer.
You have a goal you have not said out loud yet.
You are tired of carrying the business on your own.
You want a way of working, not another year of starting over.
You know you could do more with what you already have.
None of that means something is wrong with you. It means you are doing this alone.
Comfort vs impact
The work that grows the business is rarely the work you feel like doing.
You are not avoiding work. You are avoiding the uncomfortable kind, and filling the week with the comfortable kind instead.
High impact · uncomfortable
The work you keep putting off
Selling. The price rise. The client conversation. This is the quarter goal.
High impact · comfortable
Your strengths
What you are naturally good at. Gallup shows you where this is. Protect the time.
Low impact · uncomfortable
Drains you for nothing
Drop it, delegate it, or automate it.
Low impact · comfortable
Where the week disappears
Feels productive. Looks like work. Changes nothing.
Feels comfortable →
Four months of this work is spent almost entirely in the orange square. Not because I like making people uncomfortable, but because that is the only square where the number actually changes.
Why me
I am a business owner too.
I built Urban GetAway — a tennis community with an academy in Munich and more than 25 tennis retreats in Europe — and this coaching practice next to it.
So I know the quiet parts. You never quite know what next month will bring in. Clients do not simply arrive, you go and find them, again and again. And nobody tells you when the day is finished.
I use this method in both my businesses, with my own coach. Not because I teach it. Because it keeps me moving in the weeks when I do not want to move.
That is what you are buying. Not motivation, which runs out by Wednesday. A way of working that does not.

How it works
Start with one month.
Decide about the rest later.
Four months in total: one to get clear, three to do the work. You only say yes to the first one.
Month one · three meetings
We look honestly at where you and the business are.
You take the Gallup test, and we work out how to use your strengths.
You choose one big goal, in numbers, with a plan for each week.
You leave with the goal, your strengths report and the plan, written down. This is finished work, not a trial. If you stop here, you still have something you can use.
Months two to four · one hour a week
Every week What moved, what did not, and what you avoided.
Every month We change the plan, never the goal.
At the end You set the next goal on your own.
You leave with the goal reached or close, and a way of working that keeps going without me.
One more client a month. One decision you finally made. That is what this has to be worth — not ten percent more of the same.
What they say afterwards
"Who do you have to become to reach a genuinely ambitious goal? Because otherwise you would probably already be where you want to be."
COO, EduTech
"I kept going back to marketing because it felt safe, and avoided sales. Working with Paulina, I got my first three clients."
Anita
Owner, marketing agency
"The biggest value was not reaching one goal. It was learning how to reach goals that used to feel out of my range."
"I stopped doing everything at once. I finally knew what actually mattered."
Not sure yet? Six questions.
One of the answers is that this is not for you right now. I would rather tell you that than sell you a quarter you do not need.
