What we actually work on

Where you are now, and what we turn it into.

Together we set one ambitious goal for the quarter. Big enough to change how you work, specific enough that you will know whether you reached it.

Sound familiar?
Your goal for the quarter
You deliver, year after year, and something in it has gone flat.
One goal that is actually yours, in numbers, with the first results behind it.
Your energy goes into the company’s goals and you cannot remember your own.
You know what you want from this role, and the plan makes room for it.
You want to be a better manager, not just a busier one.
Your team makes its own calls, and you stop being the bottleneck.
You develop everyone else, and nobody is developing you.
Someone develops you, every week, for a quarter.

And when the goal is not yours

Sometimes the target comes from above. Then we find which of your talents make it reachable for you, in your way. The fastest way to fail at someone else’s goal is to chase it with someone else’s methods.

Why me

I sat in that chair too.

Six years in marketing inside international companies. I delivered, I was promoted, and I kept going until I burned out. Nobody was developing me either.

Then I went through this method myself, as a client. It changed what I asked of my work, and how I got there.

Today I run two businesses on it, with my own coach. It is not theory I teach. It is how I operate.

Credentials

Licensed in the Talents Goals Support® method by the Talent Development Institute · Certified Business Coach and Trainer (ÖNORM EN ISO/IEC 17024) · Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie · 17 years coaching, 700+ hours one to one

Four months. One to prepare, three to do it.

Month 1  Three meetings

Where you are, what your talents are (measured with the Gallup test), and one goal for the quarter with a plan down to the week.

You keep the talents report, the goal card and the plan, whether we carry on or not.

Months 2–4  Twelve sessions, one a week

Not a check on your to-do list. Every week we look at what moved, where you slowed down, and what you were avoiding when you did.

We change the strategy, never the goal. And at the end you set the next one on your own.

What they say afterwards.

"If you are looking for someone to simply control you, this is not it. We go much deeper: who do you have to become to reach a genuinely ambitious goal? Because otherwise you would probably already be where you want to be."

Karolina Madej

COO, EduTech

"The biggest value was not reaching one goal. It was learning how to consistently reach goals that used to feel out of my range."

"I stopped doing everything at once. I finally knew what actually mattered."

"The weekly sessions kept me consistent. Even in a weak week, I did not fall out of the process."

Not sure yet? Six questions.

One of the answers is that this is not for you right now. I would rather tell you that than sell you a quarter you do not need.
