3 months of intensive 1:1 work. The methodology is TGS® (Talent Development Institute) — a goal-execution framework used with leaders and business owners across DACH. We define one measurable business outcome at the start — stable revenue, higher revenue, or both — then execute against it every single week, building on your talents. I bring structure, honesty and pushback; the business decisions stay yours. In English, German or Polish, in Munich or online.

Who it’s not for: if you’re looking for someone to build your marketing funnels or write your strategy for you — that’s not this. This is for owners who know their business and need the structure, sparring and accountability to run it at a higher level.
