Explore More of Italy

Our retreat will take place in Barrazzaco Alto, nestled in the beautiful Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. If you would like to prolong your stay in Italy, there will be plenty to do and explore. Here are a few ideas:

Venice

Just 2 hours away by car or train, you can wander through its labyrinthine canals, marvel at the grandeur of St. Mark’s Basilica, and enjoy a gondola ride under the iconic Rialto Bridge.

Burano

A short boat ride from Venice, this island is famous for its brightly colored fishermen’s houses and intricate lacework.

Trieste

About an hour and a half drive away, this historic port city offers stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, impressive architecture, and rich cultural experiences.

Local Vineyards

Enjoy wine tasting and tours in the nearby vineyards, sampling some of the best wines of the region.

Getting to the Retreat

We will be happy to organize car pools for you – we will connect all participants about 3 weeks prior to the retreat, so those with a similar route can meet up and travel together. Please note that the cost of travel is not included in the price.

CAR

Of course you can just drive to Udine (our Villa is located 12km from Udine), there is a free parking.

TRAIN

The closest train station is Udine, which is connected with all the main train routes (from Italy, Germany, Austria, etc.). From the Udine train station, you can take a taxi (12km).

AIR

The closest airports are Venice Marco Polo, Treviso Canova Airport or Trieste Airport. Alternatively, you can also fly to Ljubljana Airport in Slovenia. From Venice, Treviso or Trieste airports you can then take a train or a bus to Udine, or rent a car directly at the airport.

What is the age range of participants?

The retreat creates a special and supportive atmosphere by welcoming participants of all genders. As for age, we believe that age is just a number, and our retreat warmly embraces individuals aged 18 to 99, fostering a diverse and inclusive community for all.

In what language will the retreat be conducted?

The retreat will be conducted in English, providing a common language for communication and connection. We hope to welcome participants from all around the world, fostering a diverse and global community during our enriching experience.

What is cancellation policy?

Here’s a clear outline of our cancellation policy, which we adhere to in conjunction with our local partners to ensure fairness for all: 1. Cancellation must be submitted in writing, such as via email. 2. If you cancel more than 8 weeks before the departure date, you do not need to pay anything (190 euro deposit is non-refundable) 3. If you cancel within 8 weeks before the departure date, we will apply a 90% charge of the total price. You can always find someone who will take over your spot.

How do the coaching sessions apply to my personal and professional life?

The coaching sessions are designed to positively impact both your personal and professional life. By exploring your values, overcoming limiting beliefs, and defining your life purpose, you'll gain insights that apply to decision-making, goal-setting, and personal growth in various aspects of your life.

Is there any follow-up support after the coaching sessions?

Absolutely! We understand that meaningful change takes time and ongoing support. As a special gift, you'll receive a one-hour 1:1 online coaching session with Paula. This session is to be used within six weeks after the retreat, providing you with personalized guidance and continued support on your journey of self-discovery and growth.

Can I choose not to participate in all activities, or is attendance mandatory?

Certainly! Your experience is yours to tailor. While we encourage participation, you're free to choose and join activities based on your preferences and comfort. The retreat is designed for you to engage at your own pace, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience.
